I love property programmes and have an on-line estate agent addiction.  

It happened that my sister and brother in law were house hunting and I often went with them.  It seemed the perfect time to combine my interests and feelings about estate agents and what they do and write a book about it.  

I had a lot of fun!  I spent a day with a local estate agent and saw it from the inside.  My sister and brother in law were also very helpful!’
