Wedding Season was partly inspired by my choir, who nagged me to write about a wedding.  As a choir, when we sing at weddings, we have a lot of time to inspect the guests as they arrive and assess who they are and who they’re related to.  Having a wedding planner as a heroine meant I could write about several in one book.  Except she doesn’t think love and marriage is for her, just for other people.
